Indications
Berocca is a dietary supplement designed to help reduce tiredness and fatigue. It is indicated in situations of physical and mental stress, as well as during periods of convalescence. It is useful for people with a deficient diet, as it helps maintain the balance of essential vitamins and minerals in the body. It is also recommended in cases of increased physical or mental activity, where an additional supply of nutrients is required to improve performance and concentration. Additionally, it can be beneficial in the recovery from illnesses that involve loss of appetite or inadequate nutrient absorption.
Composition
Each effervescent tablet contains:
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) - 1.4 mg
- Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) - 1.6 mg
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) - 2 mg
- Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) - 2.5 µg
- Pantothenic Acid - 6 mg
- Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) - 100 mg
- Calcium - 120 mg
- Magnesium - 100 mg
Contraindications
Berocca is contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease or in those who have high blood calcium levels (hypercalcemia).
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of kidney disease or those who are undergoing treatment with diuretics. It is important to note that excessive intake of vitamin supplements can cause adverse effects. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Berocca is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, out of reach of children. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and humidity.

- Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
