Indications
Benedorm is indicated for the treatment of occasional insomnia and sleep cycle disturbance. Melatonin, its active ingredient, helps regulate the circadian rhythm and may be useful in situations of time zone changes, such as jet lag. This medication is appropriate for those who have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, as well as for those who experience poor quality sleep. It is recommended that its use be supervised by a healthcare professional, especially in patients with pre-existing medical conditions or who are taking other medications.
Composition
Each Benedorm tablet contains 3 mg of melatonin and excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to melatonin or to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision. Furthermore, it should not be administered to children under 12 years of age.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using Benedorm in patients with autoimmune disorders, epilepsy, or neurological diseases, as well as in those who are being treated with antidepressants, anticoagulants, or sedatives. It is important to consult a doctor before starting treatment, especially if you are taking any other medication or have special health conditions.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children. The ideal storage temperature is between 15 and 30 °C.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
