Indications
Beconase Aqua Suspension is indicated for the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in adults and children over 6 years of age. This medication acts as an intranasal corticosteroid that reduces nasal inflammation, relieving symptoms such as sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, and itching. In addition, it can be used for the treatment of nasal polyps in adult patients, improving breathing and quality of life. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions to determine the appropriate dose and duration of treatment.
Composition
Each dose of Beconase Aqua Suspension contains 50 mcg of beclomethasone in the form of beclomethasone dipropionate, as well as non-pharmaceutical excipients that facilitate product administration.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to beclomethasone or any of the excipients in the formulation. Caution should also be exercised in patients with untreated respiratory infections, active pulmonary tuberculosis, or those who have recently undergone nasal or facial surgery.
Precautions
Adrenal function should be assessed in patients who have been on prolonged treatment with systemic corticosteroids before initiating therapy with Beconase Aqua. Likewise, it is important to monitor patients who experience vision changes, as the use of corticosteroids can increase the risk of cataracts or glaucoma. Prolonged use without medical supervision should be avoided, and it is essential to follow the recommended dosing guidelines.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep the container tightly closed and out of reach of children.
