Indications

Arluy Duo is indicated for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and other gastrointestinal conditions involving spasms and abdominal distension. Mebeverine, one of its components, acts as an antispasmodic, relieving muscle spasms in the intestine, which helps reduce abdominal pain and discomfort. On the other hand, simethicone helps eliminate gas, reducing the feeling of bloating and abdominal discomfort. This combination of active ingredients is effective for patients experiencing symptoms such as cramps, flatulence, and digestive discomfort associated with functional bowel disorders.

Composition

Each capsule contains:

  • Mebeverine 200 mg
  • Simethicone 300 mg

Contraindications

Arluy Duo is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should also be avoided in cases of intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel diseases, or conditions requiring surgical intervention. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women unless strictly necessary and under medical supervision.

Precautions

Arluy Duo should be used with caution in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those taking other medications that could interact with its components. Regular medical follow-up is essential to evaluate treatment response and adjust the dose if necessary.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
