Indications
Arluy is indicated for the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders, including irritable bowel syndrome. This medication acts as an antispasmodic, relieving spasms and abdominal pain associated with these conditions. Its use may be beneficial in cases of intestinal colic and other symptoms related to altered intestinal motility.
Composition
Each capsule contains 200 mg of Mebeverine as the active ingredient. Excipients include: starch, gelatin, titanium dioxide, and other components that facilitate the formulation and stability of the medication.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Mebeverine or any of the components of the formulation. Its use is not recommended in cases of intestinal obstruction, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of serious liver or kidney problems without medical supervision.
Precautions
It is important to use Arluy under the supervision of a physician, especially in patients over 65 years of age or those with pre-existing medical conditions. Caution should be exercised when using this medication in combination with other treatments that may affect intestinal motility. If symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, protected from direct light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.
