Indications
Arbistin is indicated for the treatment of respiratory diseases where excessive mucus production occurs, as well as for facilitating the expulsion of secretions in cases of bronchitis, sinusitis, and other pulmonary conditions. This medication acts as a mucolytic, helping to break down and reduce the viscosity of mucous secretions, which facilitates their elimination. Its use is recommended in patients with chronic obstructive airway diseases, as well as in those who have difficulty expectorating.
Composition
Each 5 ml of Arbistin syrup contains: 250 mg of Carbocysteine. Excipients: sorbitol, natural raspberry flavor, citric acid, and purified water.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to carbocysteine or any of the product's excipients. It should not be administered in cases of active gastric ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using Arbistin in patients with kidney or liver diseases. It is important to monitor respiratory function in patients with severe respiratory conditions. Administration should be evaluated in pregnant or breastfeeding women, and a doctor should be consulted before starting treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures no higher than 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
