Indications
Alegoria is indicated for the treatment of various allergic nasal conditions, such as seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in adults and children over 2 years of age. In addition, it is used in the management of inflammation and itching in dermatological conditions such as atopic dermatitis and eczema. Its anti-inflammatory action also makes it effective in the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyposis, as well as in controlling symptoms associated with allergen exposure. It is important that the use of this medication is under the supervision of a doctor, who can determine the duration of treatment and the appropriate dose according to the patient's needs.
Composition
Each 1 mL of suspension contains: Mometasone (as mometasone furoate) 0.5 mg.
Contraindications
Alegoria is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to mometasone or to any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended in untreated viral, bacterial, or fungal infections of the respiratory tract.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with active infections, pulmonary tuberculosis, ocular herpes simplex, or in those who have received immunosuppressive treatments. It is advisable to monitor patients during prolonged treatment, as well as to evaluate adrenal function in prolonged treatments.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
