Indications
Reclusmyn is indicated for the treatment of envenomation caused by the bite of the brown recluse spider (Loxosceles reclusa). This antidote works by neutralizing the toxins in the spider venom, which can cause symptoms such as tissue necrosis, hemolysis, and severe systemic reactions. Its use is recommended in patients who present with signs and symptoms of envenomation, such as localized pain at the bite site, erythema, fever, and general malaise. It should be administered as soon as possible after the bite to maximize its effectiveness.
Composition
Each Reclusmyn vial contains specific antivenom for brown recluse spider bites, in addition to excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
Reclusmyn is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in cases of bites from other spider species or in patients with medical conditions that contraindicate the use of antivenoms.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with autoimmune diseases or those receiving immunosuppressive treatments. It is essential that the physician performs a complete evaluation before administering the antidote. Additionally, the patient should be observed during the first hours after administration to detect possible adverse reactions.
Storage
Reclusmyn should be stored in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from light and keep out of reach of children. Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
