Indications
Nubeqal (Darolutamide) is indicated for the treatment of patients with non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. This medication acts as an androgen receptor inhibitor, interfering with androgen signaling that can lead to tumor growth and progression. The efficacy of Darolutamide has been evaluated in clinical studies, where its ability to delay disease progression compared to standard treatment has been demonstrated. Its use is recommended under the supervision of a specialized oncology physician.
Composition
Each Nubeqal tablet contains 300 mg of Darolutamide as the active ingredient. It also contains excipients that facilitate the formulation and stability of the medication.
Contraindications
Nubeqal is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Darolutamide or any of the excipients in the formulation. It is also contraindicated in women and children, as safety and efficacy have not been established in these populations. Its use in combination with certain other treatments should be evaluated by a physician due to potential interactions.
