Indications

Zyplo Drops is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of non-productive cough. Its action is based on the inhibition of cough, providing relief in situations where coughing can be irritating or painful. It is commonly used in cases of colds, acute respiratory infections, and other conditions that involve a dry cough.

Its use is recommended in patients with persistent cough that does not respond to other treatments and in those who require symptomatic relief to improve their quality of life. Zyplo can also be useful in the management of cough in conditions affecting the upper respiratory tract.

Composition

Each ml of Zyplo Drops contains 60 mg of Levodropropizine as the active ingredient. It also contains excipients that allow for the proper formulation of the medication.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Levodropropizine or to any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be administered to patients with a history of bronchospasm or in those with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease without medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with chronic respiratory diseases, as well as in those with renal or hepatic insufficiency. It should not be administered to children under 2 years of age without proper medical indication. It is suggested to consult a doctor if the cough persists for more than 7 days.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.
