Indications

Zymir-Ab (Oseltamivir) is indicated for the treatment of influenza virus type A and B infection in adult and pediatric patients. Its use is most effective when initiated within 48 hours of symptom onset. Additionally, it is used for the prophylaxis of influenza in individuals who have been exposed to the virus, especially in outbreak situations in communities or closed environments such as homes, schools, and hospitals. This medication can help reduce the duration of flu symptoms and prevent the occurrence of influenza-related complications.

Composition

Each 1 ml of suspension contains 6 mg of Oseltamivir, as well as excipients necessary for the formulation of the product.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Oseltamivir or any of the excipients in the formulation. Caution should also be exercised in patients with severe renal impairment.

Precautions

The use of Zymir-Ab is recommended with caution in patients with a history of kidney disease, as well as in those with medical conditions that may predispose to complications. It is important to monitor for the appearance of adverse effects, especially in patients who experience neuropsychiatric symptoms.

Store at temperatures between 15°C and 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
