Indications

Zurebid is indicated for the prevention of rejection in patients who have received a solid organ transplant, such as kidney, liver, or heart, in combination with other immunosuppressants. This medication works by inhibiting the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes, which reduces the body's immune response against the graft. Additionally, it can be used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases, where suppression of immune system activity is necessary.

Composition

Each Zurebid tablet contains 500 mg of Mycophenolate Mofetil, as well as excipients necessary for the product's formulation.

Contraindications

It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Mycophenolate Mofetil or to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered during pregnancy and lactation, unless the benefit outweighs the risk. It is also contraindicated in patients with active infections or in those receiving concomitant immunosuppressive therapies that increase the risk of infections.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of recurrent infections, gastrointestinal diseases, or in those with hematological problems, as it may increase the risk of infections and bleeding. Regular monitoring of renal function and hematological parameters is important during treatment with Zurebid.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.

  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
