Indications
Zuclebin is indicated for the treatment of various types of cancer, including but not limited to: breast carcinoma, lung carcinoma, and other solid tumors. This medication works by disrupting DNA synthesis in cancer cells, leading to cell death and tumor size reduction. It is primarily used in combined chemotherapy regimens to improve treatment efficacy. The use of Zuclebin must be supervised by a healthcare professional due to its potent antineoplastic action.
Composition
Each Zuclebin ampule contains 50 mg of Epirubicin as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that allow for the formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
Zuclebin should not be administered to patients with known hypersensitivity to Epirubicin or any of the product's excipients. It is also contraindicated in patients with congestive heart failure, a history of heart disease, or those who have received radiotherapy to the chest area.
Precautions
Regular cardiac monitoring is recommended for patients receiving Zuclebin, especially those with cardiovascular risk factors. Additionally, caution should be exercised in patients with compromised liver or kidney function, as well as in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Zuclebin administration should be performed under the supervision of a physician experienced in oncological treatment.
Storage
Store Zuclebin at a temperature between 15°C and 30°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
