Indications
Zolstro is indicated for the treatment of women with early-stage, hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, as well as for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women. This medication acts as a selective aromatase inhibitor, which reduces estrogen production in the body, thereby contributing to the decrease in tumor progression. It is important that the use of Zolstro is carried out under the supervision of a specialized physician, who will evaluate the need for treatment and appropriate monitoring during its administration.
Composition
Each Zolstro tablet contains 2.5 mg of Letrozole as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that facilitate the formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to letrozole or any component of the formula. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Precautions
Special care should be taken in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, as well as in those with osteoporosis. Regular medical follow-up is recommended to evaluate bone health during treatment with Zolstro, given that the decrease in estrogen can affect bone mineral density.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
