Indications
Zerpyci-Duo is indicated for the treatment of functional intestinal disorders, including irritable bowel syndrome. Its action focuses on reducing spasms in the gastrointestinal tract, providing relief for symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, and changes in intestinal transit. Additionally, it is used in the management of intestinal smooth muscle hyperactivity, contributing to a better quality of life in patients with these conditions. It is recommended that its use be supervised by a healthcare professional to ensure proper administration and monitoring of the therapeutic response.
Composition
Each Zerpyci-Duo capsule contains:
- Pinaverium Bromide 100 mg
- Pinaverium Bromide 300 mg
Contraindications
The use of Zerpyci-Duo is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to pinaverium bromide or to any of the excipients in the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with intestinal obstruction or conditions that may aggravate such obstruction.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of severe gastrointestinal diseases or those who present symptoms of intestinal obstruction. Renal and hepatic function should be evaluated before starting treatment. During the use of Zerpyci-Duo, regular monitoring is recommended to detect any adverse effects or emerging contraindications.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
