Indications
Yunneco Gel 0.3% is a medication indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris. Its active ingredient, adapalene, is a retinoid that acts at the level of hair follicles, helping to normalize cell renewal and prevent the formation of comedones (blackheads and whiteheads). This medication also has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce redness and inflammation associated with acne. Its use is recommended for patients with mild to moderate acne, and it can be used in combination with other topical or systemic treatments as directed by a doctor. It is important to follow the healthcare professional's instructions to optimize results and minimize adverse effects.
Composition
Each 1g of Yunneco Gel contains 3mg of adapalene as the active ingredient. Excipients: purified water, propylene glycol, polyacrylate, methylparaben, propylparaben, among others.
Contraindications
Yunneco Gel is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to adapalene or any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be applied to areas with eczema, open wounds, or mucous membranes. Its use in pregnant or breastfeeding women should be done under strict medical supervision.
Precautions
Care should be taken when applying the gel to sensitive or irritated skin areas. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. It is recommended not to combine with products containing salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide without a doctor's recommendation. It is important to use sunscreen during treatment, as adapalene can increase the skin's sensitivity to the sun.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature (between 15°C and 30°C). Keep out of reach of children.
