Indications

Yunneco 0.1% Gel is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris in adults and adolescents. Its active ingredient, adapalene, is a retinoid that acts by regulating cell differentiation and proliferation, which contributes to the normalization of the keratinization process of the hair follicle, thus reducing the formation of comedones and inflammatory lesions associated with acne. This medication also has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce redness and inflammation of the affected skin.

Composition

Each gram of Yunneco Gel contains 1 mg of adapalene as the active ingredient. Excipients: purified water, propylene glycol, carbomer, triethanolamine, methylparaben, propylparaben, and fragrance.

Contraindications

Yunneco Gel is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to adapalene or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be applied to broken, burned, eczematous, or dermatitic skin. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without adequate medical supervision.

Precautions

Excessive exposure to sun and ultraviolet light sources should be avoided during treatment, as adapalene may increase skin sensitivity. Likewise, it is recommended to avoid the use of irritating skin products, such as strong soaps, exfoliants, or alcohol-containing products, as they may aggravate irritation. In case of significant irritation, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
