Indications
Xl-3 Vr 3Mg/50Mg/375Mg is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with colds and allergies, such as:
- Allergic rhinitis.
- Seasonal rhinitis.
- Common cold.
- Fever and general malaise.
- Headache and muscle aches.
This medication combines the antihistamine action of chlorphenamine, the analgesic and antipyretic effect of paracetamol, as well as the antiviral properties of amantadine, providing comprehensive relief from symptoms associated with these disorders.
Composition
Each tablet of Xl-3 Vr contains:
- Chlorphenamine 3 mg
- Paracetamol 50 mg
- Amantadine 375 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in the following cases:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula.
- Severe liver diseases.
- Pregnancy and lactation, unless medically indicated.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of:
- Heart diseases.
- High blood pressure.
- Glaucoma.
- Urinary retention.
It is advisable to avoid simultaneous administration with other medications that may cause sedative effects.

Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
