Indications
Xl-3 is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with colds and allergies, such as fever, nasal congestion, and sneezing. This medication combines paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic, with phenylephrine, a decongestant, and chlorphenamine, an antihistamine, providing a comprehensive approach to treating these conditions. Its use is recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age who experience these symptoms.
Composition
Each Xl-3 tablet contains:
- 325 mg of Paracetamol
- 10 mg of Phenylephrine
- 4 mg of Chlorphenamine
Contraindications
The use of Xl-3 is not recommended in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components. Likewise, it is contraindicated in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or those taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
It is advisable to use this medication with caution in patients with a history of liver disease, kidney disease, or thyroid problems. Avoid concomitant use of other products containing paracetamol to prevent liver toxicity. In case of unusual or adverse symptoms, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
