Indications

Xeceed, containing levocetirizine as an active ingredient, is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal and ocular itching, as well as nasal congestion. It is also used in the management of chronic idiopathic urticaria, where itchy skin lesions are present. Its antihistamine action provides effective relief of these symptoms, improving patients' quality of life. It is important to follow medical instructions and not exceed the recommended dose.

Composition

Each milliliter of Xeceed contains 0.5 mg of levocetirizine in the form of dihydrochloride. It also contains excipients such as sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid, and purified water to form the solution.

Contraindications

Xeceed is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to levocetirizine, cetirizine, or any of the product's excipients. Its use should also be avoided in patients with severe renal insufficiency and in those with severe diarrhea or dehydration.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of seizures, severe liver disease, and in those who will be performing activities that require mental alertness, as it may cause drowsiness. Simultaneous use with alcohol or central nervous system depressants is not recommended.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
