Indications
Votripax-L is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic pain of different etiologies, including post-surgical pain, musculoskeletal pain, and pain associated with inflammatory conditions. Its combined formulation of diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and lidocaine, a local anesthetic, provides an effective analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. In addition, the B Complex complements the treatment by promoting nerve regeneration and cellular metabolism, being useful in cases of neuropathy and other conditions affecting nerve function.
Composition
Each ampoule of Votripax-L contains:
- Diclofenac: 5 mg
- Lidocaine: 3 ml
- B Complex: sufficient quantity
Contraindications
Votripax-L is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, a history of severe allergic reactions to NSAIDs, active peptic ulcer, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, and during the third trimester of pregnancy. Likewise, its use is not recommended in patients with bleeding disorders or in those receiving anticoagulants without medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with asthma, arterial hypertension, heart failure, or gastrointestinal diseases. It is important to evaluate the risk-benefit ratio in elderly patients or those with chronic diseases. Close medical monitoring is recommended during treatment, especially during prolonged treatments.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
