Indications

Votripax B+L is indicated for the treatment of various conditions requiring the administration of B complex vitamins and lidocaine. This medication is commonly used in procedures where pain relief is sought, as well as in the prevention and treatment of B group vitamin deficiencies. Lidocaine acts as a local anesthetic, facilitating patient comfort during minor procedures. It is important that its use be supervised by a healthcare professional to ensure proper administration and monitoring for possible adverse reactions.

Composition

Each Votripax B+L ampule contains:

  • B Complex (Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12)
  • Lidocaine

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any of its components. Likewise, it should be avoided in patients with bleeding disorders or those who are on anticoagulant therapy, due to the risk of hemorrhages. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe heart disease or a history of arrhythmias.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering Votripax B+L in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency, as well as in those with a history of seizures. It is essential for the physician to evaluate the risk-benefit ratio before prescribing this medication.   1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
