Indications

Voltaren Emulgel is indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation in various orthopedic and rheumatic conditions. It is used in the management of acute and chronic pain associated with sports injuries, sprains, strains, arthritis, and osteoarthritis. It is also recommended for the local treatment of muscle and joint pain, as well as in postsurgical procedures. The gel is applied topically to the affected area, providing direct relief at the site of application.

Composition

Each 100 g of Voltaren Emulgel contains 1.16 g of diclofenac sodium, as well as excipients that promote the penetration of the drug into the skin and its local action.

Contraindications

Voltaren Emulgel is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any of the excipients present in the formulation. It should not be applied to open wounds, burns, or irritated skin. It is contraindicated in patients who have had previous adverse reactions to other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

Precautions

Caution is advised in patients with a history of asthma, gastric or duodenal ulcers, kidney or liver disease. Simultaneous application over large areas of the skin or in combination with other topical medications should be avoided. It should not be used in pregnant women during the third trimester of gestation and its use during lactation should be avoided without consulting a doctor.

Store at room temperature, in a dry place and away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
