Indications
Voltaren 24H Patch is indicated for the treatment of acute pain, including muscle pain and joint pain. It is effective in the treatment of sports injuries, sprains, bruises, and postoperative pain. It is also used for pain management in inflammatory conditions such as arthritis. The patch provides a controlled release of diclofenac, allowing for prolonged pain relief for up to 24 hours. Its anti-inflammatory action helps reduce inflammation and stiffness associated with various musculoskeletal conditions.
Composition
Each patch contains 30 mg of diclofenac in a formulation designed for transdermal release of the active ingredient.
Contraindications
Voltaren 24H Patch is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any other component of the formula. It should not be used in patients with a history of gastric ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding. It is also contraindicated during the third trimester of pregnancy and in patients with severe renal insufficiency.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, as well as in those who are being treated with anticoagulants. Application of the patch to irritated skin or open wounds should be avoided. In case of adverse reactions or irritation at the application site, the patch should be removed and a doctor consulted.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
