Indications
Vermox Plus is indicated for the treatment of helminth infections, including intestinal parasites such as: Enterobius vermicularis (pinworms), Ascaris lumbricoides (roundworms), Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus (hookworms). It is also used to treat infections by Giardia lamblia, a protozoan that causes giardiasis.
This medication works by inhibiting glucose uptake in parasites, leading to their death and elimination from the body. Its use is recommended in patients who present symptoms related to parasitic infections, such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, and weight loss.
Composition
Each Vermox Plus tablet contains 300 mg of Mebendazole and 150 mg of Quinfamide as active ingredients. Additionally, it contains excipients that facilitate its formulation and absorption.
Contraindications
Vermox Plus is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use should also be avoided in pregnant women, especially during the first trimester, unless the physician deems it strictly necessary. Its use is not recommended in children under 2 years of age without medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver diseases or those who are undergoing treatment with other medications that may interact with Vermox Plus. Medical follow-up is important during treatment, especially in cases of severe infections.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
