Indications

Vaxigrip Tetra is indicated for active immunization of the population aged six months and older, in order to prevent seasonal influenza caused by influenza A (H1N1, H3N2) and B viruses. Vaccination is especially recommended for high-risk groups, including older adults, people with chronic diseases, pregnant women, and healthcare personnel. Immunization should be carried out annually, due to the variation of influenza viruses circulating each season. It is recommended to administer the vaccine before the start of the influenza season to ensure optimal protection.

Composition

Each Vaxigrip Tetra syringe contains inactivated antigens of influenza A and B viruses, as well as adjuvants and excipients that facilitate the vaccine's effectiveness. The specific formulation may vary, so it is recommended to review the product leaflet for detailed information on the components.

Contraindications

Vaxigrip Tetra is contraindicated in individuals with a history of severe allergic reactions to any component of the vaccine, as well as in those who have experienced anaphylactic reactions after previous administration of influenza vaccines. Precautions

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
