Indications

Vavig is indicated for the management of gastrointestinal disorders, including the prevention and treatment of acute diarrhea, especially in cases related to antibiotic therapy. It can also be useful in restoring intestinal flora, promoting microbiota balance in situations of alteration, such as infections or dietary changes. Furthermore, its use has been suggested in strengthening the immune system, contributing to the reduction of the incidence of respiratory infections in children and adults.

Composition

Each Vavig capsule contains:

  • Lactobacillus Reuteri: 90 million CFU (colony-forming units)
  • Lactobacillus Rhamnosus: 90 million CFU

Contraindications

Vavig is not recommended for use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Caution should also be exercised in immunocompromised patients or those with severe diseases where the administration of probiotics may not be appropriate.

Precautions

It is suggested to consult a physician before starting treatment with Vavig, especially in cases of underlying disease or in patients undergoing medical treatment. The safety and efficacy of Vavig in pregnant women or during breastfeeding have not been fully established, so it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
