Indications
Vaporub is a medication indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with colds and respiratory conditions. Its formulation is designed to provide a decongestant effect and relieve cough. Camphor, menthol, and eucalyptus work together to help open the airways, facilitating breathing. It is recommended for use in cases of nasal congestion, productive cough, and general discomfort associated with colds. Additionally, this product can be used as a complementary treatment to improve the feeling of well-being during episodes of flu and common colds.
Composition
Each 100 g of Vaporub contains: 5 g of camphor, 3 g of menthol, and 1 g of eucalyptus oil.
Contraindications
This product is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Do not apply to open wounds, irritated skin, or sensitive areas of the body. Its use is not recommended in children under 2 years of age.
Precautions
Use with caution in people with a history of asthma or respiratory problems. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of irritation or adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Do not expose to extreme temperatures. Keep the container tightly closed.
