Indications
Valmetrol-3 is indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency. It is used in cases of insufficiency of this vitamin, which can occur in conditions such as osteoporosis, rickets, osteomalacia, and in patients with intestinal malabsorption. Additionally, it may be indicated in complementary treatments to improve bone health in older people or those with an increased risk of fractures. Its use is recommended in patients who present low levels of vitamin D in laboratory tests, as well as in those who have limited sun exposure or who have medical conditions that affect the absorption of this vitamin.
Composition
Each Valmetrol-3 tablet contains Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) as an active ingredient, in an adequate amount to meet the recommended dose for the treatment and prevention of vitamin D deficiency.
Contraindications
Valmetrol-3 is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the product's components. It should not be used in cases of hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria, as well as in those with diseases that predispose to these conditions.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using Valmetrol-3 in patients with kidney disease, heart disease, or those receiving other vitamin D or calcium supplements. It is important to adequately monitor blood calcium and phosphorus levels during treatment, especially in patients with a history of kidney stones.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
