Indications
Ursofalk T500 is indicated for the treatment of various hepatobiliary conditions. It is primarily used in the management of cholelithiasis, especially in patients with cholesterol gallstones. Additionally, it is prescribed for the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis, as well as for the treatment of cholestasis in patients with liver diseases. Ursofalk acts by promoting the dissolution of gallstones and improving liver function by reducing the concentration of cholesterol in bile. It is important that the use of this medication be supervised by a physician, who will assess the suitability of the treatment according to the patient's particular conditions.
Composition
Each Ursofalk T500 capsule contains 500 mg of ursodeoxycholic acid as the active ingredient. Excipients include: gelatin, glycerol, and other components for the capsule formulation.
Contraindications
Ursofalk should not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to ursodeoxycholic acid or any of its components. It is contraindicated in cases of complete biliary obstruction, acute inflammation of the gallbladder, acute pancreatitis, and in patients with severe renal failure.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with active liver disease, as well as in those with gastrointestinal diseases. Regular medical check-ups are recommended during treatment. The use of Ursofalk during pregnancy and lactation should be evaluated by a physician, who will determine the risk-benefit of the treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
