Indications
Tylenol 500 mg is a medication indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain and for fever reduction. It is used in various conditions, including headaches, muscle pain, sore throat, menstrual pain, and general discomfort. It is also recommended for fever management in children and adults. Due to its safety profile, it is a preferred option for those who require pain relief without the side effects associated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Composition
Each tablet contains: Paracetamol 500 mg as the active ingredient. Excipients: corn starch, silica, magnesium stearate, among others.
Contraindications
Tylenol is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any of the excipients. It should not be administered in cases of severe liver failure or in patients who consume large amounts of alcohol.
Precautions
Use with caution in patients with liver disease, in those undergoing treatment with other liver-affecting medications, or in patients who regularly consume alcohol. Do not exceed the recommended dose to avoid the risk of liver toxicity. It is important to consult a doctor before starting treatment if symptoms persist or if prolonged use of the medication is required.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
