Indications
Locoid cream is indicated for the treatment of various dermatological conditions requiring the use of topical corticosteroids. These include atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema, and other inflammatory skin disorders. Its anti-inflammatory action helps reduce redness, swelling, and itching associated with these conditions. It is recommended to apply a thin layer to the affected area and gently massage.
Composition
Each 100 g of Locoid cream contains 1 g of hydrocortisone as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that facilitate its application and skin absorption.
Contraindications
Locoid cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to hydrocortisone or any of the formula's components. It should not be used in viral, fungal, or bacterial skin infections without appropriate concomitant treatment, as well as on ulcerated skin lesions or in areas where the skin is damaged.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using Locoid cream on extensive areas of the body or for prolonged applications, as this may increase the risk of systemic effects. Its use is recommended under medical supervision, especially in children or in patients with pre-existing conditions that may be affected by the use of corticosteroids. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Storage
Locoid cream should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 30 °C, in a dry place and away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
