Indications
Klonaza is indicated for the treatment of conditions requiring pain and inflammation relief. It is used in the management of acute and chronic pain, as well as in situations where an antispasmodic effect is needed. This medication can be useful in cases of colic, menstrual pain, and other conditions related to abdominal pain. Additionally, it is used in the treatment of certain musculoskeletal conditions. Its use is recommended under medical supervision to ensure effectiveness and minimize the risk of adverse effects.
Composition
Each capsule contains: 80 mg of Phloroglucinol, 80 mg of Trimethylphloroglucinol, and 125 mg of Clonixinate Lysine.
Contraindications
The use of Klonaza is not recommended in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It is contraindicated in individuals with a history of gastric or hemorrhagic ulcers, as well as in those with severe renal insufficiency. Its use should be evaluated in patients with a history of cardiovascular or gastrointestinal diseases.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in the use of Klonaza in elderly patients or in those who are undergoing treatment with other medications that may interfere with its effect. It is important to monitor renal and hepatic function during treatment. Likewise, it is advisable to avoid alcohol consumption, as it may increase the risk of adverse effects.
Storage
The medication should be stored in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
