Indications
Antigram is indicated for the treatment of various conditions related to gastrointestinal disorders. It is used in the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting, especially those induced by chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgery. In addition, it is indicated for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis and other conditions where improved gastric emptying is required. The combination of Lysine and Metoclopramide enhances the antiemetic effect, providing effective relief from gastrointestinal discomfort.
Composition
Each Antigram sachet contains:
- Lysine: 1.6 g
- Metoclopramide: 10 mg
Contraindications
Antigram is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered to individuals with mechanical intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, or gastrointestinal perforation. Likewise, it is contraindicated in patients with pheochromocytoma and in those who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using Antigram in patients with a history of heart disease, hypertension, or neurological disorders. It is advisable to evaluate the risk of adverse effects in geriatric patients or those with renal or hepatic insufficiency. It is recommended to monitor the treatment duration, as prolonged use may cause tardive dyskinesia.

Store at room temperature, in a dry and cool place, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
