Indications
Antiflu-Des is indicated for the symptomatic relief of symptoms associated with colds and flu, such as fever, headache, muscle pain, nasal congestion, and cough. The combination of Amantadine, Chlorphenamine, and Paracetamol enhances its effect in managing these symptoms. Amantadine acts as an antiviral and helps reduce the duration and severity of the illness. Chlorphenamine is an antihistamine that helps relieve nasal congestion and sneezing. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that helps reduce fever and pain.
Composition
Each Antiflu-Des tablet contains: 3 mg Amantadine, 50 mg Chlorphenamine, and 300 mg Paracetamol.
Contraindications
Antiflu-Des is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the formula's components, in patients with severe liver diseases, and in those with narrow-angle glaucoma. Its use should be avoided in patients with a history of seizures or neurological problems.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of heart disease, hypertension, or nervous system disorders. It is important to monitor liver function in patients with prolonged use of the medication. Use in children under 12 years of age without medical supervision is not recommended.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
