Indications
Amably is indicated for the treatment of various conditions related to excessive stomach acid production. It is used for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), where esophageal inflammation occurs due to the reflux of gastric contents. It is also used for the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, as well as for the prevention of ulcers induced by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in high-risk patients. Furthermore, it is effective in the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, which is characterized by excessive gastric acid production.
Composition
Each Amably capsule contains 20 mg of esomeprazole, as well as excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
Amably is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to esomeprazole or any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver problems or in those taking medications that interact negatively with this molecule.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver disease, as well as in those with nutritional deficiencies. Medical follow-up is important in patients requiring prolonged treatment, as there may be an increased risk of gastrointestinal infections and vitamin B12 deficiencies. It is also recommended to assess the need to rule out the presence of gastric carcinoma in patients with persistent symptoms.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
