Indications
Alphadinal 0.05% Solution is used for the temporary relief of nasal congestion associated with common colds, sinusitis, and allergies. Its vasoconstrictive action helps reduce inflammation and congestion in the upper respiratory tract, facilitating breathing. It is indicated for use in adults and children over 12 years of age; it is important to follow the instructions for use to avoid adverse effects.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Alphadinal Solution contains: Naphazoline 0.05% (0.05 g), excipients q.s. 100 ml.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to naphazoline or any of the excipients. Its use is not recommended in patients with cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or in those who have been treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) in the last 2 weeks.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with chronic respiratory diseases, diabetes, or those who are undergoing treatment with medications that affect blood pressure. It should not be used continuously for more than 3 days, as it can cause rebound congestion. It is advisable to consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or lactation.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
