Indications
Alli-Triple is indicated for the treatment of pain, inflammation, and fever. It is used in the management of various painful conditions, including but not limited to: arthritis, osteoarthritis, muscle pain, postoperative pain, and inflammatory conditions. Additionally, the B complex helps improve cellular metabolism and contributes to the general well-being of the nervous system.
Composition
Each Alli-Triple tablet contains:
- Diclofenac sodium 50 mg
- B complex 50 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any component of the formula. It is also contraindicated in patients with a history of active peptic ulcer, severe renal failure, and bleeding disorders.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, heart diseases, hypertension, asthma, and in those taking anticoagulant medications. Renal function monitoring is recommended during prolonged treatment.
Storage
Keep the medication in its original packaging, at room temperature, protected from light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children.

- Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
