Indications
Alleance Pf Drops is indicated for the treatment of various ophthalmic conditions. Its primary use is in the management of certain eye conditions, including the treatment of anterior uveitis, where pupil dilation is required to relieve pain and reduce photophobia. It is also used in diagnostic procedures to facilitate examination of the fundus by allowing better visualization of ocular structures. Furthermore, it can be employed in the treatment of iris spasms and in the prevention of adhesions in the postoperative period of eye surgeries. The administration of atropine sulfate helps relax the eye muscles, thus contributing to better recovery and management of the mentioned conditions.
Composition
Each ml of Alleance Pf Drops contains 0.10 mg of atropine sulfate as an active ingredient, in addition to excipients that allow for the proper formulation of the product.
Contraindications
The use of Alleance Pf Drops is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to atropine sulfate or to any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended in cases of narrow-angle glaucoma or in conditions where pupillary dilation is contraindicated.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of heart disease, hypertension, or in those with conditions that may be aggravated by pupillary dilation. It is important to avoid exposure to intense light after administering this medication. Medical supervision is recommended during treatment, especially in vulnerable populations such as the elderly and children.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Protect from light and keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.
