Indications
Alin Ophthalmic is indicated for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the eye and its adnexa, as well as for the treatment of bacterial eye infections. It contains dexamethasone, a corticosteroid that acts as an anti-inflammatory, and neomycin, an antibiotic that helps fight infections caused by bacteria. This medication is useful in cases of allergic conjunctivitis, blepharitis, keratitis, and other conditions where a combination of anti-inflammatory and antibacterial treatment is required. It is recommended for use under medical supervision to ensure proper management of ophthalmic conditions.
Composition
Each milliliter of Alin Ophthalmic contains:
- Dexamethasone: 0.9 mg
- Neomycin: 3.5 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with viral, fungal, or tuberculous eye infections. It should not be used in cases of glaucoma or in patients with a history of allergic reactions to aminoglycosides.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using Alin Ophthalmic in patients with pre-existing eye conditions, and its use is recommended under strict medical supervision for pregnant or breastfeeding women. It is important to avoid contact of the dropper with dirty surfaces or with the eyes to prevent contamination.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
