Indications
Alin Nasal Spray is indicated for the treatment of nasal congestion associated with various conditions, including allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, and common colds. The combination of Dexamethasone, a corticosteroid, helps reduce inflammation and swelling of the nasal mucous membranes, while Neomycin acts as an antibiotic to combat bacterial infections. Phenylephrine, on the other hand, is a decongestant that provides relief by reducing the dilation of blood vessels, facilitating nasal breathing. This product is used in adults and children over 6 years of age and should be administered according to a doctor's instructions.
Composition
Each 1 ml of Alin Nasal Spray contains: Dexamethasone 0.05 g, Neomycin 0.35 g, Phenylephrine 0.5 g. Excipients: purified water, sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid, and other excipients.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used by people with viral or fungal infections of the upper respiratory tract, or by those with a history of allergic reactions to corticosteroids or antibiotics. Its use in patients with cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or diabetes should be carefully evaluated.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of chronic respiratory diseases, as prolonged use of this medication can cause adverse effects on the nasal mucosa. Additionally, concomitant use with other topical nasal medications should be avoided unless indicated by a doctor. In case of unusual symptoms, a healthcare professional should be consulted immediately.

Store the product in its original packaging, at room temperature, protected from light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children.
