Indications
Alin (Dexamethasone) is indicated in the treatment of various clinical conditions requiring an anti-inflammatory and/or immunosuppressive effect. Among the most common indications are:
- Autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis.
- Severe allergic conditions that do not respond to conventional treatments.
- Endocrine disorders, including adrenal insufficiency.
- Treatment of certain neoplasms, as part of a chemotherapy regimen.
- Dermatological diseases requiring systemic intervention.
- Respiratory diseases, such as severe asthma or exacerbated chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Composition
Each ampule of Alin contains Dexamethasone in a concentration of 8 mg in 2 ml of solution.
Contraindications
Alin should not be administered to patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Dexamethasone or any other component of the formula. It is also contraindicated in systemic infections and in situations of untreated fungal infections.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in the use of Dexamethasone in patients with diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, gastrointestinal diseases, and those with a history of peptic ulcers. Prolonged use can lead to considerable adverse effects, so the risk-benefit ratio must be carefully evaluated in each case.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
