Indications
Alin 0.5 mg is indicated for the treatment of various inflammatory and allergic conditions. It is used in the management of autoimmune diseases, as well as in the treatment of endocrine disorders. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation and suppress the immune system. This medication is frequently prescribed in cases of asthma, allergic rhinitis, dermatitis, and collagen diseases. In addition, it can be used for the management of certain types of cancer and hematological conditions. It is essential that its use is supervised by a physician and that specific dosage and treatment duration instructions are followed.
Composition
Each Alin tablet contains: Dexamethasone 0.5 mg as the active ingredient. Excipients: Lactose, corn starch, magnesium stearate, among others.
Contraindications
Alin is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to dexamethasone or any other component of the formulation. It is not recommended in untreated systemic infections, as well as in cases of active peptic ulcers and in patients with a history of thrombosis or embolism.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, renal or cardiac insufficiency. The administration of dexamethasone may affect laboratory test results. Regular medical monitoring is recommended during prolonged treatment to avoid adverse effects.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
