Indications
Afrin No Drip Spray is indicated for the temporary relief of nasal congestion associated with colds, allergies, and sinusitis. Its decongestant action is due to vasoconstriction of blood vessels in the nasal mucosa, resulting in a reduction of swelling and nasal discharge. This medication can be used in adults and children over 6 years of age, providing fast and effective relief from nasal congestion.
Composition
Each milliliter of Afrin No Drip Spray contains:
- Oxymetazoline (as hydrochloride) 0.50 mg
- Excipients: purified water, benzalkonium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate, monobasic sodium phosphate, and other excipients.
Contraindications
Afrin No Drip Spray is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to oxymetazoline or any component of the formula. It is not recommended for use in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma or in those who have had recent surgery on the nose or paranasal sinuses.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism, or in those taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Prolonged or excessive use may cause rebound nasal congestion. Do not exceed the recommended dose and do not use for more than 3 consecutive days without consulting a doctor.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
