Indications

Afrin No Drip Infantil is a nasal decongestant indicated for the temporary relief of nasal congestion associated with colds, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. Its action is fast and prolonged, helping to open the nasal passages, facilitating breathing and improving patient comfort. This product is specifically designed for use in children, providing effective relief from nasal congestion without the dripping effect found in other nasal sprays.

Composition

Each milliliter of Afrin No Drip Infantil contains 0.50 mg of Oxymetazoline as the active ingredient. Additionally, it contains excipients that allow for the proper formulation of the product for safe use in the pediatric population.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Oxymetazoline or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be used by children under 2 years of age. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or those who are undergoing treatment with MAO inhibitors.

Precautions

Afrin No Drip Infantil is recommended for use under medical supervision in patients with cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, or thyroid problems. Prolonged use may cause adverse effects such as rebound congestion. Excessive use of the product should be avoided to prevent undesirable effects.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
