Indications
Afrin Children's Lubricating Spray is indicated for the temporary relief of nasal congestion associated with colds, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis in children. Oxymetazoline, its active ingredient, acts as a decongestant by reducing the swelling of blood vessels in the nasal passages, allowing for better breathing. Its formulation is specifically designed for pediatric use, providing fast and effective relief from nasal congestion.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Afrin Children's Lubricating Spray contains: Oxymetazoline hydrochloride 0.025%, excipients q.s. 100 ml.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients who have shown hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in children under 2 years of age. Furthermore, it should not be used in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or thyroid problems.
Precautions
It should be administered with caution in patients with cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, or those who are undergoing treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). It is recommended not to exceed the recommended dose and not to use the product for more than 3 consecutive days to avoid rebound effect.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
