Indications
Advil Fastgel is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of painful and/or inflammatory conditions, such as: headache, muscle pain, dental pain, menstrual pain, sore throat, and fever. It is also used to relieve discomfort associated with colds and flu. Ibuprofen, its active ingredient, works by inhibiting the enzymes that produce prostaglandin synthesis, responsible for inflammation and pain.
Composition
Each capsule contains: - Ibuprofen: 200 mg. - Excipients: gelatin, glycerin, sorbitol, among others.
Contraindications
Advil Fastgel is not recommended for use in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or any of the components of the formula. It is contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal insufficiency, and in those who have experienced adverse reactions to other NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using this medication in patients with a history of asthma, hypertension, heart disease, liver or kidney insufficiency. Monitoring of renal and liver function is recommended during prolonged treatment. It is important to avoid self-medication and follow the doctor's instructions for safe use.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
