Indications

Advil 12H is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, including headache, dental pain, dysmenorrhea, and muscle pain. It is also used for fever reduction in adults and children. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, ibuprofen is effective in the treatment of inflammatory conditions, such as arthritis and other rheumatic conditions. Advil is recommended for use in patients requiring pain management that does not respond to other minor analgesics.

Composition

Each Advil 12H tablet contains 600 mg of ibuprofen as the active ingredient. Additionally, it includes excipients that facilitate its formulation and absorption.

Contraindications

Advil is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered to patients with a history of active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, or severe renal insufficiency. It is also contraindicated in the third trimester of pregnancy.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular problems, hypertension, asthma, or liver diseases. Prolonged use without medical supervision is advisable to avoid. In elderly patients, dose reduction should be considered. Consult a doctor before use if you are undergoing treatment with other medications, especially anticoagulants or antihypertensives.

Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
