Indications
Advantan Cream is indicated for the treatment of various inflammatory skin conditions, such as atopic dermatitis, allergic and irritant contact dermatitis, as well as eczema. Its use is effective in controlling symptoms like itching, redness, and edema, providing significant relief to patients. The active ingredient, methylprednisolone aceponate, acts as a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and modulates the local immune response. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions regarding the duration and frequency of use to optimize therapeutic results.
Composition
Each 100 g of Advantan Cream contains: Methylprednisolone Aceponate 0.1 g, excipients q.s.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. It should not be used in viral skin infections (such as herpes simplex or chickenpox), cutaneous tuberculosis, and skin lesions caused by syphilis. Furthermore, its use is not recommended in areas with rosacea or perioral dermatitis.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when applying Advantan to large areas of the body or under occlusive dressings. Prolonged use in children under 12 years of age without medical supervision is not recommended. In case of adverse reactions, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. It is also essential to avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
