Indications
Adopren (Ibuprofen) is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain symptoms, such as headaches, dental pain, menstrual pain, and for the relief of fever. It can also be used in inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, as well as in the management of postoperative pain. Its use is recommended in patients requiring pain or inflammation control related to musculoskeletal conditions.
Composition
Each Adopren tablet contains 800 mg of Ibuprofen as the active ingredient. Additionally, it contains excipients such as starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, among others, which facilitate its formulation and absorption.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Ibuprofen or any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of active peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, severe renal insufficiency, or in patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding. Likewise, it is contraindicated during the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
It should be used with caution in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, renal or hepatic insufficiency. Renal function monitoring is recommended in patients taking Ibuprofen long-term. Use with caution in older individuals, who may be more susceptible to adverse effects. Its use in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) is not recommended.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
